Both my children are on the autism spectrum. My son would not look at me as a baby and he still has a hard time looking at people. I wrote educational plays and had him performing from the time that he was three. This helped him develop social skills and learn to apply concepts to various situations. As they got older, we even wrote these math and science plays together.
